Collection will be available from our premises once we have notified you that your parcel is ready. 
 
*** Courier has to be arranged through the client for now. - please let us know if you will collect or send a courier so we can package your goods accordingly.  
 
* Payment will have to be made via EFT ONLY, you will be provided with banking details via Whatsapp - please quote your name and invoice number as a REF with each payment. 
* Orders will only be processed once a PoP is received or funds reflect in our account. 
* Orders can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days to be ready for collection (please confirm with one of our consultants if there is stock available if you need the order ASAP our online inventory might not be updated in real time) we are willing to assist where we can or to go the extra mile to get the stock on hand as soon as we can for you so you can continue making beautiful things - that is our main reason for starting our re-sale journey)
